About the Founders – Katherine Austen & Crissi Galli
With over 20 years of friendship and shared experience, Katherine and Crissi first met working in a South American restaurant before both moving into the corporate world across events, HR, and holiday property management. Having planned countless group trips themselves and organising corporate events, they recognised how stressful group travel can be — often before the holiday even begins. Inspired by their love of travel and international backgrounds, they launched Signature Group Holidays in early 2025 to make group holidays effortless, luxurious, and competitively priced for groups of any size and budget.
